As a health coach providing menopause management services, my role is to provide a safe, supportive environment for women to manage their menopause journey and focus on natural, lifestyle-based interventions that can complement medical treatments and help you to take charge of your health. This program includes:
Personalized nutrition and fitness plans that target weight management and specific symptoms, focus on natural methods to balance hormones through diet, stress management, and movement. Stress reduction techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, strategies for sleep, night sweats, insomnia, focus on foods that reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and support heart and bone health.

CLINICAL WEIGHT LOSS MANAGEMENT SERVICES
As a health coach offering clinical weight loss management services, my role is to provide evidence-based, personalized guidance that supports sustainable weight loss while addressing underlying health issues. This program includes:
Collaborating on comprehensive health assessments, including personalized nutrition and exercise strategies that are tailored for sustainable, gradual weight loss, focus on behavioral change, helping clients form new, healthy habits around eating, physical activity, and stress management. Address emotional eating, binge eating, or other behaviors that contribute to weight gain through mindful eating and self-awareness practices. Teach portion control, meal planning, and how to balance macronutrients (protein, fats, carbs) effectively


HORMONE HEALTH MANAGEMENT
Evaluate each client’s symptoms and health history to identify potential hormone imbalances (e.g, thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue, insulin resistance), review lifestyle factors such as diet, stress levels, sleep quality, and exercise that impact hormone health, develop individualized nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle plans that support hormone regulation. Teach stress reduction techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to help regulate cortisol and manage adrenal health, Encourage balanced work-life practices to reduce chronic stress and prevent cortisol imbalances.
WELL BRAIN
HEALTH COACHING
Creating customized brain health plans tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management to support cognitive function, addressing specific concerns like memory loss, brain fog, or reduced focus with targeted strategies. Emphasize the importance of a brain-healthy diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that support cognitive function. Develop exercise routines that enhance brain health. Offer strategies for better sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, supplement guidance, teach stress reduction techniques (e.g, meditation, deep breathing, mindfulness) to reduce cortisol levels and protect the brain from the negative effects of chronic stress
